polls your Data Pro accounting system every two minutes (you can modify this time interval) for any new UPS® orders.
These orders are then stored for quick retrieval by UPS WorldShip®. Your staff only keys in the sales order number into the
UPS® program and all of the correct shipping information will transfer to UPS WorldShip®.
When your shipping staff generates the shipping label, the tracking numbers and costs can be transfered back to your sales order.
WorldShip Link© can also be configured to ship the orders completely.
Once a shipment is completed, the tracking information is immediately sent to WorldShip Link© by UPS WorldShip®.
Your staff can then transfer each shipment individually with its tracking information or choose to transfer them in bulk. Tracking Numbers can be stored as notes on the
sales order or as additional comment lines.
