The Solution Associates, Inc. (TSA) has been providing consulting, program development, network design and support to Water Boy since 1987. One of the many solutions TSA created is a delivery invoicing application for hand held computers, which has saved Water Boy thousands of dollars in additional labor costs. This fully integrated system has benefited both the route and office management staff with accuracy and efficiency.

TSA also developed a robust messaging system to route messages from receipt to completion. Water Boy’s capability to service their customers revolves around their ability to take, deliver and follow up on the myriad of requests that they get daily – and with our messaging system they can easily manage this seemingly overwhelming task.
