Water Boy Inc. is one of Florida’s oldest and largest independent water delivery companies. They have been in operation since 1938 and now service over 15,000 different customers in eleven different Florida counties. The Solution Associates, Inc. (TSA) has been providing consulting, program development, network design and support since 1987. One of the many solutions TSA has created is a delivery invoicing tool for hand held computers which has saved Water Boy several thousands of dollars in additional labor costs. This tool has benefited both the route and office management staff with accuracy and efficiency. TSA also developed a robust messaging system to route messages from receipt to completion. Water Boy’s capability to service their customers revolves around their ability to take, deliver and follow up on the myriad of requests that they get daily – and with our messaging system they can now manage this overwhelming task.
