The Solution Associates, Inc. (TSA) assists J & J Chemical with a variety of services, from an integrated web site to a customer complaint system. Our latest project was integrating a bio metric time clock into to their payroll system. This system reduced labor costs - from collecting, calculating and entering the data into their payroll application to stopping the practice of "buddy punching". The employee now needs to be actually present to clock in and out, saving J & J Chemical a substantial amount of money.
