The Solution Associates, Inc. (TSA) was founded in 1987 to provide a different way to solve customers technical problems. Our mission is to help small to medium sized businesses utilize technology profitably. We do this through a 3 phase process - analysis, design, and implementation.

During the analysis process we focus on what the business needs are, not the symptoms of a business problem nor perhaps the requested remedy. Our consultants find the underlying opportunity for improvement and then look at the situation as would a partner in the company. We are constantly insuring that any solution we come up with has a significant and real return on investment. We look for productivity gains, increased sales, decreased costs and locked up working capital.

Our design phase is a partnership. We create a “proof of concept” or “beta” version of the solution. From this point we have anticipated the clients creative response to seeing the solution in a usable form. We are committed to modifying the solution until it delivers the desired results to the satisfaction of the people that will have to use the product and the owners interests.

Unlike many consulting companies that end by telling you what you need to do, we assist the client in implementing the changes and solutions we have created. We want to insure that the harvest is worth the effort, energy and time required to change. It is with these goals in mind that we over see the implementation of the solutions and together with our clients we discover new opportunities to increase our customers cash flow, and profits.
